The West Papua Government has stating to applying low emission development approaches by installing the solar panel to generate the electricity and powering all the entire Provincial government building that now built in Arfak hill Manokwari, West Papua. Eventhough not effectively operating but the panels is claimed to reduce the current dependency in fossil fuel diesel machine in electricity company. This should come as an innovative action to catch the potency of sun energy in Manokwari that enormously high. When in sunny day the hot sunny shine can reach 35 degree Celsius. There is no confirmation yet how much electricity energy can be produced from this plant.
